Mansfield Resident Qualifies for National Competition

Brad McGee of Mansfield, a freshman at Grace Baptist Christian Academy of Attleboro, is one of six students at the school to qualify for the 2014 national Competitions sponsored by the American Association of Christian School in Greenville, S.C.

According to Pastor Jeffrey Bailey, GBCA’s superintendent, McGee will be one of six GBCA high school-aged students who are eligible to participate in the National Competitions to be held April 8 through 10. The other GBCA qualifiers include Evan Tyrol, Jonathan Bryden, Emma Goyette, Kelly Nichols and Chelsea Oliveira.

The AACS National Competitions will include contests in music, speech, art, academics and Bible studies. The six GBCA representatives qualified by virtue of their first-place finishes in February’s state competitions sponsored by the Massachusetts Association of Christian Schools.
