Mansfield Selectman Pays Back Taxes

Selectman Olivier Kozlowski has paid the town nearly $5,000 in back taxes.

MANSFIELD, MA - Selectman Olivier Kozlowski has paid the town nearly $5,000 in back taxes.

The town treasurer’s office told the Sun Chronicle that the selectman has paid $4,891 plus about $1,000 in interest. In total, the town received $5,824.

A lien will not be placed on his property.

Earlier this month, Kozlowski's property was featured in a Sun Chronicle advertisement as part of a list of potential tax takings.

Kozlowski is currently running for reelection against school committee Chairman Michael Trowbridge and finance committee Chairman Steve Schoonveld.
