SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Mansfield's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Mansfield has five Level 3 sex offenders who live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• Joseph Allen, 47, 6 Erick Road #76, Mansfield, live and work. Two counts of Indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and two counts of rape of child with force (Oct. 17, 1986 conviction).
• John Looney, 53, 21 Erick Road #3A, other. One count of assault with intent to commit rape (Feb. 26, 1992 conviction).
• Ray Norton Jr., 74, 305 Forbes Boulevard, work. Four counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age and four counts of rape and abuse of a child.
• Michael Parker, 51, 278 Ware Street, live. One count of rape and abuse of a child (Jan. 25, 1983 conviction).
• James Wade Jr., 48, 6 Cobbler Road, work. One count of aggravated rape (May 6, 1991 conviction).
