Align Credit Union Hosting Annual School Supply Drive

Align Credit Union is hosting its annual school supply drive this year now through August 31st. The goal is to help students in need with a successful start at school by providing basic supplies. Members and non-Members are encouraged to stop by their locations at 19 Haverhill Road in Amesbury, 87 Hale Street in Lowell or 900 Chelmsford Street (Cross Point) in Lowell with donations of any of the following new school supplies:

Calculators

Colored pencils

Crayons

Erasers

Folders

Glue sticks

Graph paper

Highlighters

Index cards

Loose leaf paper

Markers

Notebooks

Pencils

Pencil cases

Pencil sharpeners

Pens

Pocket folders

Rulers

Scissors

Staplers

Sticky notes

Thumb drives

Washable markers

At the end of the drive, donations will be delivered to The Pettengill House, Inc. in Salisbury, MA and Catie’s Closet in Lowell. These charitable organizations will then distribute the items to local students who need assistance.

“Going back to school can be expensive and some families struggle to find the money to buy supplies,” said Align President Ken Del Rossi. “This drive makes sure they have the tools they need to get a good education.”
