The team, now 1-3, returns home to Piper Field next Friday night to face Beverly in the first of three straight regular-season home games local fans can attend.
• Former Warwick Theater manager alleges owners owe more than $150K to employees, vendors (marbleheadcurrent.org) — Marblehead's Warwick Theater and its operators are facing allegations from a former manager that more than $150,000 is owed to employees and vendors, even as owners insist the cinema and Beacon Restaurant will stay open. The dispute also follows a complaint over delayed charity proceeds from a Marblehead fundraiser, which the restaurant later paid and matched, leaving residents weighing how the businesses are being run.
