Assault Alleged Over Dog Poisoning

Sunday, March 31
- At 11:52 a.m., police received a report of a possible harassment violation on Lafayette Street.
- At 12 p.m., police charged Paul Casale, 62, 18 Rainbow Road, Marblehead with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and OUI, second offense.
Monday, April 1
- At 9:37 a.m., a vehicle was repossessed on Creesy Street.
- At 3:38 p.m., police received a call from Hines Court of a possible restraining order violation.
- At 7:24 p.m., a walk-in to the station, from Peach Highlands, said he confronted his neighbor's son regarding him possibly poisoning his dog. The man said that during an argument between him and the neighbor's son, the son physically assaulted him. Police spoke to the parties and a report was to follow.
- At 10:26 p.m., a walk-in to the station from Wallingford Road reported ongoing issues with a person whom he believes left a voice message stating that he was going to beat the man's head in.
