The BIG QUIZ THING Comes To Marblehead

The Big Quiz Thing is a multimedia live trivia game show. It is a fun and fast-paced bar trivia formula expanded into a complete night of big time surprises and entertainment. This traveling game show has performed in Los Angeles, New York City and Boston, and is now coming to the North Shore via Marblehead. It is your chance to live out your dreams of Jeopardy! glory, while enjoying a laugh filled night out with friends, and quite possibly win fantastic prizes. Participants will test their knowledge from the best multimedia trivia contest in the business from pop culture, music, history and sports. Prepare for “Smart Aleck” points, the text message challenge, the lightning round, and capping it off with the intense game show style “Buzzertastic” three-way finale.

How does it work: Arrive with an assembled team, or make new friends. One of the quizmasters will explain all as he leads you through multiple rounds of trivia excellence and-if you are lucky-gives you fabulous prizes. Recommended teams consist of between four to eight people but lesser groupings can be assembled and play the game. Each team can use one tablet, laptop, or phone to look up answers only at the appropriate time and challenge.

Admission: The adult only event is $25.00 per person for an evening of camaraderie, participating in a silent auction and the Big Quiz Thing. There will also be a cash bar and food served. All proceeds raised for the evening will benefit the students and teachers of MCCPS.
