Make one meal a day this week Vegetarian. This will automatically cut calories and help get the nutrients you need and deserve. Need protein? Try Quinoa! If you can believe it this complete protein comes from the same family as spinach and swiss chard but tastes and looks like rice!

Exfoliate. We need to get all of that winter skin buffed away before the tan. I just made one at home; 1tsp honey, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 cup raw granulated sugar and 2tsp fresh lemon zest (or any citrus). Delicious and cheap!
