Teens will explore how flexible structures can model real-world movement by building with ZOOB construction toys. Using visual guides as a starting point, participants can create models such as DNA strands or articulated animals, then modify and expand their designs. The ZOOB pieces are used during the program so participants can experiment with how connection types affect movement, stability, and form.
Space is limited to 10 participants ages 13-19, and online registration is required. Please register at tinyurl.com/Zoobs-teens. This program is led by Dan Saulnier, Technical Resource Specialist at the library.
Funding for this program has been provided by the Abbot Public Library Foundation.
