The Explorers Lifelong Learning Institute of Salem State University is hosting a Spring Preview on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at:
10 Federal Street, Suite 10, Salem, MA
The Spring Preview will feature ongoing presentations of current courses, membership information, socialization, and refreshments. There will be ample opportunity to learn about the full range of Explorer activities. In particular, people will be able to preview selected courses being offered this coming spring and talk with course presenters.
More than 300 lively and excited seniors in the greater North Shore Area, mostly retirees with diverse backgrounds, are enjoying courses, coffees, book club, learning, and socializing. Explorers courses and events range in format from lectures and discussions to hands-on workshops and field trips that vary in length. Classrooms are located on the first floor of 10 Federal Street in Salem and are handicapped accessible. Small and large rooms are equipped with the very latest visual aids and technical equipment.
