Begin to Spin Workshops

These workshops are for participants to learn how to spin and to become familiar with our spinning program. Each participant will first be properly set up on the bike and learn all the components of the bike and hand positions. Ride at your own level and speed. Class length 1 hour 30 min. Athletic Stretch & Flexibility

Fee: Y Member $88 Community $132

This Program strengthens the body while increasing range of motion, mobility and flexibility for optimal functionality in order to help prevent injury. With a fast and effective athletic stretch, core strengthening and body awareness workout you will unlock muscular constraint and improve vitality for peak performance in sports or your weekly workout routine. Class length 45 minutes. Instructor Tom McCarthy.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a challenging and fun group workout that fosters accountability and team camaraderie. You’ll experience variety in each class with cardiovascular, speed, endurance, strength, and power training exercises. Our commitment is to encourage, motivate, coach and train participants to the highest possible level while delivering a memorable experience. Classes are held outdoors if possible.

HIIT Bootcamp

Join this one-of-a-kind class that combines all types of strength, cardio, plyometric, stability, flexibility, and core training. High Intensity Interval Training is effective and fun! Whether outside or in the gym, you will enjoy a class that is constantly incorporating new types of fitness.

Workout and Weigh-In

If you need help losing weight, staying on track and staying motivated this class is for you! Exciting, challenging workouts combined with weekly weigh-ins will bring you closer to your goals! Join NSCA Certified Personal Trainer Ryan Healy for 45 minutes. Meets in aerobic studio 1, limited to 8 participants.
