Five Things to Know: Public Hearing on School Choice

2. More Snow, But Not Here, Let's Hope: Forecasters say southeastern Massachusetts may get 1-3 inches of snow today from a storm out over the ocean. Let's hope that forecast holds and we don't get anything.

3. Public Hearing on School Choice: On the agenda for the School Board's  meeting Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the high school is a public hearing and vote about school choice.

5. NFL Nips Tuck Rule: Patriots fans will always hold the infamous "tuck rule" in their hearts, but the NFL has done away with the regulation. A quarterback who loses control of the ball after deciding not to throw it is ruled not to have fumbled. The Patriots abstained from the Wednesday vote that did away with the rule. Here's a refresher on why New England fans have a soft spot for the "tuck rule."
