Fox Spotted Near Clifton Neighborhood

Marblehead Police are letting are pet owners, especially in the Clifton neighborhood, know that they should be aware that a fox has been spotted in the area.

According to one resident, a rather large red fox was seen on the lawn between 57 and 59 Auburndale around 8:30 a.m. last Thursday.

Fox are somewhat common in Marblehead and are often seen out during daylight hours. There is no reason to believe the fox might be sick, according to police.
