Marblehead Rock-Throwers On The Loose: Help Police ID Them
One residence has twice been the victim of rocks being thrown its windows overnight. See the surveillance video.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — Police are hoping for the public's help in identifying who has been throwing cameras into the windows of a home on Elm Street. Authorities released video (above) appearing to show a shirtless male winding up and tossing a large rock at the home before hightailing it toward Green Street.
According to a police log entry, the July 30 instance took place shortly before midnight. Someone said two males on Elm Street threw rocks through upstairs and downstairs windows. No one was hit, and the suspects were chased, but not caught.
Another police log entry said the Aug. 2 instance ended up with a rock in the victim's bedroom. Two individuals were spotted, one with a long skateboard and one with no shirt.

"These are felony crimes because of the damage to property but even more, they are unnerving to the residents, especailly [sic] when it wakes them from a sound sleep," police said.
