MLT announces non-Equity auditions for PARTY

Marblehead Little Theatre announces the non-Equity auditions for the new play PARTY by Anne Marilyn Lucas.

PARTY is a new comedy, described as “A DOLL’S HOUSE meets Neil Simon”, about a family evening where the fates of three marriages are challenged. Diana and Aaron in their late 50’s, Esther and Felix in their late 70's, and Jason and Caitlyn are in their 20’s. Set in an Upper East Side NYC apartment, secrets are revealed by grandparents, children, and parents alike as they hash through what marriage means.

Auditions will take place on Saturday, May 7 from 2-5 pm at Marblehead Little Theatre, 12 School St, Marblehead. Callbacks will be held on Monday, May 9 from 6:30-8:30 pm at St Andrews Church, 135 Lafayette St, Marblehead. Please prepare a 2-3 minute monologue with a NYC feel.

Rehearsals will be in mid-July until opening in mid-August. Performances: Aug 19, 20, 26, 27 at 7:30 pm. & Aug 21, 28 at 2 pm.
