Police Collect Keys from an Abandoned U-Haul Truck

At 9:48 a.m., a person reported that the family had found old ammunition while cleaning out his father’s house.

At 10:44 a.m., a caller reported a U-Haul truck with Arizona tags had been parked on Green Street for a couple of days. The cab and bed were empty and the keys were in the vehicle. Police collected the keys and reported the truck to U-Haul Salem, who indicated the truck was to have been returned the day before. U-Haul began the recovery process.

At 2:55 p.m., a caller reported his mobile GPS device was stolen on May 16.

At 7:31 p.m., a child was reported to have swallowed a coin.
