At 8:16 a.m., a caller on Munroe Road was upset that there were construction vehicles in the area of his home and parked in front of the fire hydrant.
At 9:33 a.m., there was a report of a laptop taken from a locked vehicle on Smith Street. The caller called back to say she had located the laptop.

At 11:50 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle had cut him off on Pleasant Street.
At 12:53 p.m., a caller said that there were trucks constantly idling outside her home on Front Street. She said when she has spoken with merchants and truck drivers, but they just rolled their eyes and didn’t comply with her requests.

At 3:12 p.m., a caller reported that neighbors were outside on Guernsey Street calling each other f****** junkies.
At 7:29 p.m., there was a report of bonfire on Broughton Road with people throwing lighter fluid on it.
