Police: Harassment by Leaves; Driveway Dispute

At 9:59 a.m., there was a report of work vans in a no parking area on Lee Street.

At 11:07 a.m., two illegally parked cars with expired registration were towed on Mugford Street.

At 11:35 a.m., a woman who owns a building on Washington Street said that it appeared that her neighbor, who owns the driveway between two houses, damaged her house.

At 12:55 p.m., a caller reported that her neighbor was harassing her by throwing leaves in her garden.

At 4:36 p.m., there was a man passed out on Pleasant Street. He was placed into protective custody.

At 4:58 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Street. A car struck a parked car and did not stop.
