At 12:55 p.m., a caller reported that her neighbor was harassing her by throwing leaves in her garden.

At 4:36 p.m., there was a man passed out on Pleasant Street. He was placed into protective custody.

At 4:58 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Street. A car struck a parked car and did not stop.
