Police: Kids in Black; Traffic Arrest

At 9:19 a.m., police arrested Esvin Mendez, 30, of 155 Allan Ave., #2 in Lynn for operating with a suspended license, subsequent offense.

At 2:26 p.m., there was a report of a possible drug transaction on Atlantic Avenue.

At 7:21 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious gold-colored car on Intervale Road.

At 8:36 p.m., there was a report of kids dressed in black jumping in traffic on Tedesco Street.

At 1:12 a.m., a caller reported that he left his backpack on the beach the day before and had no means to get back to the beach and search for it.
