Police: Man Acting Squirrely; More Cars Egged

At 8:36 a.m., there was a report of a car egged overnight on Ocean Avenue.

At 11:15 a.m., a caller was concerned about a suspicious looking man loading something into the back of a commercial van. She said the man was “acting squirrely and seemed out of place.” Police said he was working for a construction company and checked out.

At 7:54 p.m., there was a minor motor vehicle accident on Washington Street.

At 7:56 p.m., there was a report of a car that was egged earlier in the day on West Shore Drive.

At 5:54 a.m., there was a report of an ongoing issue involving nails and screws being left under the tires of a vehicle on Washington Street.
