Police: Rapping and Fireworks; Angry Driver

Sunday, August 30
At 8:47 a.m., there was a report of two suspicious men checking out cars on Washington Street.
At 11:45 a.m., police were checking for two suspicious men on Harris Street. Neighbors reported that the men have been causing trouble at night by lighting fireworks and rapping by a car late at night. The neighbors were advised to call when they are making noise.

At 11:52 a.m., a road rage incident was reported on Smith Street. It was reported that a man was being angry and belligerent and yelling at walkers and bicyclists as they were crossing at a crosswalk.
At 6:36 p.m., there was a report of cars being keyed on Front Street the previous evening.
