At 7:33 p.m., an anonymous caller said there were possibly drunk people in an SUV on Pleasant Street yelling and screaming with a door open.

At 8:24 p.m., a caller reported that five teens had tried to steal his golf cart on Ocean Avenue. When the caller caught up with them, they abandoned the golf cart and took off.
