Police: Stolen Shoes; Egged Cars

Friday, July 31

At 10:04 a.m., there was a minor motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Avenue.

At 11:06 a.m., a sinkhole was reported at the end of a driveway on Yorkshire Road. The DPW was notified.

At 4:01 p.m., chairs were reported stolen on Farrell Court. The chairs were located.

At 4:10 p.m., a woman reported that some shoes were stolen from the trunk of her car while she was unpacking her luggage.

Saturday, August 1

At 8:12 a.m., a that a car that had been illegally parked near Vine Street for several days was egged overnight. Officers also ticketed the car again.

At 11:48 a.m., a man came into the police station and said his car had been egged, but did not give the address because he said he did not want to see it in the paper.

At 5:52 p.m., a bicycle was reported stolen on Pleasant Street.
