Police: Too Hot in the Hot Tub; Liquor Violation Arrest

Sunday, Sept. 13

At 9:17 a.m., police arrested Ethan Levine, 21, of 30 Gerald Road in Marblehead and charged him with malicious destruction of property over $250.

At 10:46 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Humphrey Street.

At 2:11 p.m., police arrested Bryon Hardin, 20, of 13 Harris St., #2 in Marblehead and charged him with being a person under 21 possessing liquor.

At 7:38 p.m., a Lucia Road reported pushing a button on a stove and being unable to turn the stove off.

At 8:20 p.m., a Goldthwait Road resident reported being unable to turn off a hot tub and the hot tub was now causing alarms to go off.

At 5:38 a.m., the rear window of a car on Vine Street was smashed.
