Police: Traffic Hazards; Truck vs. Utility Poles

Monday, Sept. 28
At 8:24 a.m., there was a report of a long, white van parked on the corner of Washington Street and causing a traffic hazard.
At 11:42 a.m., a truck struck several utility poles on Washington Street.

At 3:19 p.m., a woman reported that money had been stolen from her purse on Commercial Street.
At 4:05 p.m., a woman reported that she saw the driver of a car yelling very loudly at the passenger in the car. When police found the driver, he said he was on his phone and did not have a passenger.

Tuesday, Sept. 29
At 7:40 a.m., there was a complaint about a truck backing halfway up the street on Heritage Drive. The driver said he only backed up two spaces to get into a parking space.
