Police: Wire on Fire; Speeding Motorcycle

At 10:49 a.m., a Pleasant Street resident reported getting an IRS scam phone call.

At 2:32 p.m., police assisted the Salem Police Department with attempting to locate a vehicle that may have struck a pedestrian in Salem.

At 2:47 p.m., there was a report of a wire on fire on Briar Lane.

At 5:20 p.m., a caller on Ocean Avenue reported that she was passed by a motorcycle traveling too fast.
