This fun, challenging class combines the principles of Pilates with the TRX Suspension Trainer and other props (Bender Ball, Magic Circle, Weighted Balls, etc.). Results are accelerated by slow, controlled, concentrated movement. Through gravity, engagement and repetition of controlled movements, the body achieves new levels of tone and endurance.
