Funded by a state grant and developed with UMass Boston’s Urban Harbors Institute, the plan will guide decisions on boating safety, infrastructure, access, and coastal resilience for years to come. 
• Buzzards Bay Musicfest will return to Marion (theweektoday.com) — World-class musicians will return to Marion for the 28th Buzzards Bay Musicfest, offering five free concerts at Tabor Academy’s Fireman Performing Arts Center from July 15–19. Residents can hear artists with international credentials perform locally without tickets or admission fees, all at 245 Front Street.
• Select Board addresses Old Rochester healthcare shortfall (theweektoday.com) — Rochester’s Select Board has approved a memorandum of understanding to cover its $716,000 share of a $2 million healthcare budget shortfall tied to the Old Rochester Regional School District’s former insurance group. The move follows unexpectedly high medical claims that disrupted some employees’ coverage, and it sets the framework for how the district and town will address the deficit.
