2nd OUI Offense, Burglary at Scrub-a-Dub, Missing Person: Marlborough Police

MARLBOROUGH, MA - The following are excerpts from the Marlborough police log.
Tuesday, Dec. 15
- At 7:38 a.m., police responded to a past burglary that occurred at the Scrub a Dub car wash.
- At noon, a call came in for a suspicious vehicle at Wendy’s
- At 3:19 p.m., police responded to the Council on Aging for a report of suspicous activity. Iury Viera Desouza, 23, 1 Warren Road, Stow, was arrested on a warrant
- At 4:28 p.m., fraud was reported, 190 Roundtop Road
- At 6:51 p.m., police responded to Boston Post Road to assist an ambulance. Jeffrey Benz, 38, 5 Mount Pleasant Terrace, Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, second offense
- At 9:42 p.m., police responded to reports of threats at the Royal Crest Apartments
