Celebrate Culinary Fun During Annual Lil Chefs Event, Cruise Night

A full day of fun family activities kicks off on May 16 as the Solomon Pond Mall and the Simon Kidgits Club stir up tasty fun for families during the annual Lil Chefs event, which will get children excited to learn about the craft of cooking and having fun with food!

The hands-on atmosphere of Simon Kidgits Club’s Lil Chefs will engage both parents and children in exploring the endless possibilities of paring creativity with cuisine!
The event “menu” will offer a variety of food-focused festivities ranging from cooking demonstrations, etiquette lessons, crafts with meal items and more including:

• Make Your Own Pizza from Pizzeria Regina
• Candy Bingo at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
• Spoon flower craft to use with edible dirt, complete with gummy worms!
• Kidgits Club Members will receive a cooking set

Kidgits and their families are encouraged to help those in need by bringing a non-perishable food item to be packaged by Rotary International on-site during the event and donated area food pantries.

To cap off the day, the Mustang Club of New England presents American Iron Cruise Night, where more than 200 cars will be on display, ranging from antiques to hot rods!
