City Creates New App to Report Potholes, Graffiti and More
Marlborough made it easier to report issues to the city.

Reporting pot holes and other issues with Marlborough roads just got easier, as the city joined other towns and cities across the state in adopting the Commonwealth Connect program.
Its a mobile app and page on the city’s site that allows residents to report problems to city departments.
Marlborough’s version is called “Marlborough Works” and connects through the state program. Residents can report problems such as potholes, graffiti, downed trees, illegal dumping and other damage to city properties.
