Crash Leads to Second OUI Offense: Marlborough Police

Tuesday, Nov. 3

  • At 10 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Marlborough Post Office
  • At 11:27 a.m., larceny was reported, 165 Broadmeadow Road, No. 10
  • At 11:31 a.m., a summons was served at 21 Francis St.
  • At 11:54 a.m., Mark D. Darwin, 42, 26 Wilson St., Apt. 12, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant
  • At 1:04 p.m., police responded to a report of soliciting, 131 Stevens St.
  • At 1:08 p.m., larceny was reported at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel
  • At 2:54 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, 319 East Main St.
  • At 4:39 p.m., police served a warrant. Jarmiro D. Valdo, 36, 224 West Main St., Apt. 3, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant
  • At 7:55 p.m., police responded to a car accident with injuries at 46 Schofield Drive Animbal N. Lopez, 55, 29 Schofield Drive, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage, failing to stay in the right lane

Wednesday, Nov. 4

At 6:45 a.m., police responded to a car crash at 96 West Main St. Geovane Alvim, 37, 14 Houghton St., Hudson,w as arrested and charged with driving without a license
