Fire Damages Marlborough Route 20 Shopping Plaza
Marlborough and Southborough firefighters worked together to put out the fire over the holiday weekend.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough and Southborough firefighters battled a blaze in a Boston Post Road strip mall over the holiday weekend.
The fire broke out late Sunday night around midnight near 42 Boston Post Road, which is home to several businesses including the Sunnyside Cafe, a nail salon and a vape shop.
The fire was found to be burning in the rear of one of the stores, and firefighters were able to put it out quickly, the department reported.
