Flow and Restore Returns to Earthsong Yoga

Find deep relaxation in this special yoga class

Finding your batteries drained? Are you in need of relaxation and renewal? Then come out for an evening that combines vinyasa flow + restorative yoga! The first hour of class will focus on the dynamic, flowing movement characteristic of a vinyasa yoga practice. Through movement and focus on precise alignment you’ll warm and prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. Think of it as using movement to get the ants out of your pants so that you’re better able to truly rest!

The second hour will then focus on a series of long held, passive postures supported with lots of props to release deeply held tension. In doing so you access the body’s natural state of rest and healing. Most importantly this powerful combination of practices will quiet the mind, releasing its constant chatter, so that you can connect more fully, mind and body, here and now. You’re going to love how you feel!

Class meets on Friday, April 10 from 6-8pm at Earthsong Yoga. Class is just $30 per person when registered and paid in full by April 3. After April 3 the price becomes $40 per person. Click here to register.
