FREE Family Fun Festivals Saturday's in August
Bring a picnic and the entire family for this free event!

Looking for great summer fun for the whole family? Family Fun Festivals, hosted by the River’s Edge Arts Alliance, are FREE to the public. These family friendly themed festivals will take place from 1-4:00pm with an exciting line up of performances and activities.
Join us on August 15th at Union Common, 91 Main St. Marlborough for a “Moving” Festival that begins with Double or Nothing Juggling Show at 1pm. PanNeubean Steel Band performs at 2pm and Party Bubbles closes out the festival at 3pm.
On August 22nd we will be at Ghiloni Park, 239 Concord Rd. Marlborough for a “Building” Festival. “Trash to Tunes,” an interactive demonstration of homemade instruments will begin at 1pm. At 2pm we will host a kite demonstration and all children will be able to build their own kite. The Building festival will end with a Lego Building activity for all ages at 3pm.

Our “Growing” Festival will take place on August 29th at Ghiloni Park, 239 Concord Rd. Marlborough. The Toe Jam Puppet Band will start the festival at 1pm followed by the Vegetable Circus at 2pm. Musician Wayne Potash will perform at 3pm. From 1:30-3:30 come get up close with baby barnyard animals.
To round out the fun, each festival will be accompanied by a themed art project. Each festival will also include FREE face painting and balloon twisting from 1:45-3:45pm.

Come for one performance or pack a lunch and stay for all three! In the case of rain the Festivals will move to the Marlborough Senior Center at 40 New St. Family Fun Festivals are sponsored by the City of Marlborough and the Ezra M. Cutting Trust.
