In this one hour presentation we will introduce Work Without Limits, our innovative work with business, and why employers strive to hire people with disabilities into their companies. We will also discuss the transition from Social Security childhood disability benefits to adult benefits, and provide a brief description of the impact of work on Social Security Benefits for young adults with disabilities.

A Full Life Ahead is a workshop series offered by Massachusetts Families Organizing for Change in partnership with Advocates for parents and guardians of young adults with a disability. The series focuses on transition, employment, housing, friendships and other topics that will lead to interdependent, full lives in the community for young adults with disabilities.
