This has been a tough week for many families in Marlborough and surrounding towns. This week I've found some local supermarket deals, some coupons for area eateries, and a discount on school supplies.
1. Back to school deals at OfficeMax this week: Check your local paper from Sunday, Aug. 28 for the Office Max paper bag. Anything that fits in the bag is 20% off. 2. He is a Friendly's coupon good for $5 off a $25 purchase. Also, get a BOGO Sundae coupon by “liking” Friendly's “High Five” facebook page. Click on "Up Top, Down Low" and upload a picture of "your most awesome High-five." Join Friendly's email club, the Best Friends of Friendly's to receive email notification of special offers. Friendly's is located at 303 Turnpike Road in Westborough.

4. is cooking this week with their weekly meal deals: Wednesday's Meal Deal is $10 and includes Roasters 8 Piece Fried or Flame Roasted Chicken, Any 24 oz. Roasters side, and an 8" Southern Style Corn Bread. Friday Pizza Meal Deal is $10 and includes a 12 Cut Bella Roma Italian Sausage Pizza, Dole 12 oz. Iceberg Classic Salad Blend and Price Chopper 2 Liter Soda, Seltzer or 3 Liter Spring Water. Rotisserie Chicken Kabobs are $4 each.
