Homeless Man Arrested for Failing to Register as Sex Offender; OUI Arrest; Car Breaks; Harassment: Marlborough Police

Friday, Nov. 13

  • At 7:30 a.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, 192 Maple St.
  • At 8:28 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 25 Maplewood Ave. Stephen C. Young, 44, homeless, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with failing to register as a Level 2 and 3 sex offender
  • At 9:55 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, the Heights
  • At 11:52 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at Assabet Valley Regional High School
  • At 12:57 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny, 16 Versailles St.
  • At 1:38 p.m., police responded to harassment at The Heights
  • At 2:36 p.m., fraud was reported to police, 16 Kings View Road
  • At 2:45 p.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a vehicle, 55 Howland St.
  • At 3:40 p.m., police responded to reports of threats being made agh Marlborough Hills Health Care
  • At 7:50 p.m., vandalism was reported as happening at CVS Pharmacy

Saturday, Nov. 14

  • At 12:16 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel
  • At 12:33 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny at Joy Asia
  • At 1:16 a.m., police pulled a car over at 469 Lincoln St.
  • Santiago E. Talvera, 36, 165 Turnpike Road, Lot Apt. 3, Westborough, was arrested and charged with a red light violation, marked lanes violation, OUI (liquor)
  • At 6:27 a.m., vandalism was reported at 8 Lambert St.
  • At 2:16 p.m., harassment was reported, 84 Victoria Lane
  • At 3:59 p.m., a missing person was reported, 423 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard
  • At 5:31 p.m., harassment was reported, 66 Leoleis Drive
  • At 5:32 p.m., a missing person was reported, 310 Pleasant St.
  • At 7:02 p.m., police responded to reports of harassment, 212 Maple St.
  • At 7:26 p.m., police responded to a report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, 155 Pleasant St.
