I-495 Ramp Closures Back In Marlborough, Hudson
Bridge repairs will continue this week at the junction of I-290, I-495 and Route 85, according to MassDOT.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Ongoing bridge work at the intersection of I-290, Route 85 and I-495 will mean more ramp closures this week in Marlborough and Hudson.
After the Monday holiday, MassDOT crews will shut down the eastbound I-290 ramp to northbound I0495 and the Route 85 connector during overnight hours. The closures will last from about 9 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Tuesday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Thursday.
During those hours, drivers who need to access northbound I-495 from I-290 will be directed to southbound I-495 and then to ext 63A at Route 20. From there, an on-ramp provides access to northbound I-495.

The closures, which have been happening for several months, are part of a bridge repair project underway along I-290.
