ICYMI: Marlborough Man Arrested for Exposing Himself at Gas Station

A Marlborough man was arrested for exposing himself to employees at a Littleton gas station, and touching employee at the doughnut station.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A man is facing several charges after police say he exposed himself to employees and grabbed a female employee who worked at the doughnut counter at a gas station in Littleton.

David S. Melo, 36, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct.

On March 18, around 8:20 a.m., a police officer responded to the Citgo gas station, 256 Ayer Road, in Littleton on a report that a white male was exposing himself in the parking lot.

Officers spoke with the clerk, who said that an employee at the doughnut shop inside the station had been touched inappropriately by Melo.

Police then spoke with the alleged victim who said the man had grabbed her buttocks. According to witnesses, the man then left the store and returned to the vicinity of his car where he pulled down his pants and exposed his buttocks several times, including to an employee who was taking out the trash.

He was arrested in the parking lot.
