ICYMI: What Will the Property Tax Rate for Marlborough be in 2017?

The city is holding a joint tax classification public hearing.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Currently, the tax rates for Marlborough are 15.34 percent for residential, and 25.69 for commercial properties. Both are down from FY2015.

Will they continue on a downward turn, stay the same, or rise for FY2017?

Marlborough officials hold a joint tax classification public hearing with the Board of Assessors on Monday, Dec. 5, at 8 p.m. in Council Chambers, second floor, City Hall, 140 Main St.
