Marlborough Asks Residents To Not Waste Food
The current fee only amounts to $3.81/week, and this fee is reduced as more residents join.

Do you care about the environment? In Massachusetts, food waste is the single largest component of landfill waste, accounting for an average of 17% of the municipal solid waste stream after recycling. If you want to do your part, sign up at blackearthcompost.com. The current fee only amounts to $3.81/week, and this fee is reduced as more residents join. There are also compost bins at the Resident Drop-Off Facility where you can deposit your food waste if you have a no fee recycling sticker.
