Marlborough Earth Day Fair - May 9th

Green Marlborough is holding its 8th Annual Marlborough Earth Day Fair at Ghiloni Park on Sat May 9th from 11am-3pm. There will be live music, food, electronics recycling and more! The Assabet Village Food Cooperative will also be present to talk with people and answer questions.

The Assabet Village Food Cooperative is an initiative to build a community-owned grocery store that provides access to healthy, affordable food for the Metrowest/Assabet Valley area. Food Co-ops provide a place for people to shop for groceries (bread, household goods, dairy, produce, meats), many of which are locally grown; gather as a community; and make a difference to their regional food systems. The Food Co-op is proud to be attending this Earth Day event this year and is looking forward to informing people about our initiative. Look for us, along with many other community and businesses, at this event.
