Marlborough Firefighters Reveal Santa Run Routes

Marlborough's first Santa run will be held on Saturday and Sunday, and will pass through almost every neighborhood in the city.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough Fire Department's first "Santa Run" will be held on Saturday and Sunday, and the department just released the routes for each night.

Santa will greet residents from atop Marlborough's Rescue 1 truck. He'll be visiting every neighborhood in the city, which is why the run is being split into two nights — one on each side of Route 85.

Marlborough residents will be able to use the Glympse smartphone application to track Santa's exact location during the Santa Run. Here's a general idea of where Santa will be on Saturday and Sunday nights, according to the fire department:

Dec. 19

  • 3:30 p.m. — Church Street neighborhood
  • 4:15 p.m. — Cook Lane and Farm Road neighborhoods
  • 5 p.m. — DiCenzo Boulevard and Wilson Street neighborhoods
  • 5:30 p.m. — Sudbury Street and Carisbrooke neighborhoods
  • 6:15 p.m. — Concord Road and Goodale neighborhoods
  • 7 p.m. — Stow Road and Miles Standish neighborhoods
  • 7:45 p.m. — Stevens Street neighborhood

Dec. 20

  • 3:30 p.m. — Grainger Boulevard, West Main Street area
  • 4:15 p.m. — Broad Street, Lincoln Street area
  • 5 p.m. — Pleasant Street, Mechanic Street neighborhoods
  • 5:30 p.m. — Union Street, Highland Street neighborhoods
  • 6:15 p.m. — West Hill Road, Berlin Road, Robin Hill Road areas
  • 6:45 p.m. — Bigelow Street, Elm Street neighborhoods
  • 7:30 p.m. — Glen Street neighborhood
  • 8 p.m. — Williams, Brigham streets
