Marlborough Police Log: Two Reports of Fraud; MVA; Missing Person, Larceny

Thursday, Oct. 6
- At 1:30 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, 319 East Main St., Apt. F8
- At 9:04 a.m., police responded to a MVA at Lakeside Shell
- At 1:18 p.m., police responded to fraud, 25 Violetwood Circle
- At 1:37 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 12 Ringold St.
- At 2:02 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud at Commerce Bank. Briana E. Nicholls-Victor, 20, 410 Huntington Ave., Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with uttering a false check, forgery of a check, conspiracy. Gerard R. Sibley, 33, 7 Brenton St., Apt. 1, Dorchester, was arrested and charged with uttering a false check, forgery of a check, conspiracy, possession of Class C drugs
- At 3:17 p.m., police responded to a MVA, Marlborough Market
- At 4:24 p.m., police responded to a suspicious activity, Advanced Math and Science
- At 4:39 p.m., police served a harassment order, 28 Holly Hill Lane
- At 4:57 p.m., police responded to a MVA at Target
- At 5:58 p.m., police respond to a missing person, 15 Mill St. North
- At 9:58 p.m., police responded to larceny, Solomon Pond Mall
Friday, Oct. 7
- At 2:25 a.m., police responded to suspicious activity, 119 Ahlgern Circle
