• At 2:02 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud at Commerce Bank. Briana E. Nicholls-Victor, 20, 410 Huntington Ave., Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with uttering a false check, forgery of a check, conspiracy. Gerard R. Sibley, 33, 7 Brenton St., Apt. 1, Dorchester, was arrested and charged with uttering a false check, forgery of a check, conspiracy, possession of Class C drugs
