Marlborough resident Pedro Oliveira graduates from The Rivers School in Weston
Marlborough resident Pedro G. Oliveira was one of 90 students to graduate from The Rivers School in Weston on Friday, June 12.
WESTON, MA— Marlborough resident Pedro G. Oliveira was one of 90 students to graduate from The Rivers School in Weston on Friday, June 12. Pedro was deeply committed to the Rivers community, serving as a Senior Advisor, one of eight students selected to act as liaison between the faculty and student body, as well as a member of Red Key, offering campus tours to prospective families. As a leader of Rivers’ Integrated Cultural Awareness Club, he represented the school twice at national conferences, exploring how to advance diversity initiatives. He was also a key member of the Model UN, participating in several conferences a year, and garnering a delegate award last year. A member of the JV Soccer team for four years, he was also on the track team and served as captain this year. The son of Manoel and Ana Oliveira, he will attend the College of the Holy Cross in the fall.
