Marlborough’s Apex Center Gearing Up for Restaurant Tasting

Numerous Marlborough businesses have thrown their support behind the “Pace Yourself!” Apex Center Restaurant Tasting, which will give local residents the opportunity to sample the city’s newest culinary ventures. The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the new Apex Center, 21 Apex Drive (off Boston Post Road West/Route 20) in Marlborough, MA. Musical entertainment will also be provided.

Sponsors and supporters of the event include entertainment sponsors, Main Street Bank and Catherine Dressel/New York Life, and media sponsor, the Community Advocate, along with BBWrites Strategic Communications, Atlas Travel, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Avidia Bank, DCU, IC Federal Credit Union, St. Mary’s Credit Union and the 12 Apex Center restaurants who will be providing food and drink samples.

Restaurant Tasting attendees can park and stroll to the Apex Center’s restaurants, sampling each location’s culinary offerings at their own pace. The event will include entertainment from five musical artists located throughout the Apex Center. They include Limited Faculty (a duo), Just for Fun (a duo), Kencie Kirby (a soloist), Ed McCarron (a keyboard entertainer) and Flashback (a 4-piece rock band).

Door prizes include two Delta Airline tickets to a destination of the winner’s choice, courtesy of Atlas Travel (a $500 value), a one-night stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, and Apex Center restaurant gift cards.

Tickets for “Pace Yourself! Apex Restaurant Tasting” are $20 per person, $18 if purchased online or in advance. Seniors are $15 and kids age 10 and under are free.
