Police Log: Fake Bomb Threat, OUI at Liquor Store
The following information was provided by the Marlborough Police Department. Where charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, July 27
7:28 a.m.: Police served a warrant on Williams St., arrested James E. Hill, 43, of 80 Williams St., Marlborough, on a true warrant.
10:46 a.m.: Larceny was reported from a business on South St.

11:44 a.m.: Larceny was reported from an address on D'Amico Dr.
5:20 p.m.: Police checked on a reported suspicious vehicle on Boston Post Rd. E. and and arrested a Milford man. Yefm B. Proschitsky, 36, of 5 Columbus Ave., Milford, faces charges of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, operating under the influence of drugs, and a red/blue light motor vehicle violation.

9:22 p.m.: Police served a warrant, arrested Robert J. Armitage, 50, of 229 Raymond Rd., Marlborough, on a warrant on and on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Saturday, July 28
1:14 a.m.: A motor vehicle stop near McDonald's on Maple St. led to the arrest of a Hudson woman. Julie Olivera Martins, 28, of 14 Central St., Hudson faces charges of marked lanes violation, trespassing, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police and a civil violation for possession of marijuana.
2:27 a.m.: Police made two arrests following a motor vehicle stop on Lakeside Ave. Rose Marie Cotto, 29, of 12 Pemberton St., Apt. 1, Worcester, faces charges of operating with a revoked or suspended license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield. Samuel Calderon Ruiz, 27, of 123 Broad St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, vandalizing property and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
4:48 p.m.: A disturubance at Homestead Village led to the arrest of a Northampton man. Kenneth Edward Barriere, 27, of 421 N. Main St., Apt. 6, Northampton, faces charges of making a false bomb threat, disturbing the pecace and violation of an abuse prevention order.
Sunday, July 29
1:59 a.m.: Police arrested Michael Bowler, 49, of 478 Hemenway St., Marlborough, on an outstanding warrant.
6:35 p.m.: While investigating a motor vehicle accident with property damage only at police arrested Anthony M. Digregorio, 35, of 19 Sumner St., Marlborough, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor.
8:55 p.m.: A reported disturbance led to an arrest. Yovani Fredy Arroyo, 40, of 8 Grant St., Apt. 3, Marlborough, faces charges of assault and battery, resisting arrest and vandalizing property.
