Police Seek July 4 Home Invasion Suspects

Marlborough police are investigating a home invasion involving a gun and a knife that occurred late Wednesday night at the .

Two masked men entered an apatment at the complex on Silver Leaf Way at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, wielding a gun and a knife, Marlborough police said in a statement. 

Two people inside the home told police the men held them for several minutes before they left. The victims then ran to a neighbor's and called police. The victims were not injured. 

Police said the men may have been looking for two other people who were not home. 

The department said the investgation is ongoing and anyone with information on the crime is asked to call Det. Robert Bonina or Lt. David Giorgi at the Marlborough Police Department at 508-485-1212.
