The River’s Edge Arts Alliance is pleased to offer a new and exciting After School Music Program with a diverse array of talented musicians who are also committed teachers. Students and families who have previously been part of the After School Band Lesson program in conjunction with Hudson Public Schools, will see some slight changes to the formatting of our program. These changes are positive and we will continue to offer music lessons in keeping with our 25 year tradition of offering quality arts education to the area. For new students and families, we welcome you to our After School Music Program and we look forward to an exciting year of music.
The River’s Edge Arts Alliance will now be offering a variety of music lessons to students outside of Hudson as well, including additional lesson options for those students who wish to learn to play a non-band instrument or would like to take vocal lessons.
The REAA offers group and private lessons to students in grade 4 and older in the Greater Hudson/Marlborough area. Lessons encompass instruction in woodwinds, brass, and percussion instruments as well as beginner piano, guitar and vocal instruction. Whether students are beginning a new instrument or honing skills developed through many years of practice, the River’s Edge Arts Alliance After School Music Program is dedicated to helping young musicians excel. Our teachers work with students to help them develop basic skills, learn repertoire and prepare them for a spring recital performance.
